Soul to Sole Sensation
In this foot massage reflexology is used to relax the entire body. A lavender salt essential oil scrub is applied to the foot which is dissolved by hot towels wrapped around the feet. Hot stones are then used on the feet and ankles. The feet are one of the most absorbent areas of the body which helps to intensify the calming effects of the lavender essentials oil. Peppermint essential oil is also an option and is specific in helping to relieve foot pain.
